How to make Bean and cheese tacos

- Add beans to microwave safe container or sauce pan, and heat up until warm.
- Preheat large skillet on medium heat, add 1-2 tortillas. Add cheese, then close it to make mini quesadillas. Cook for a few minutes until cheese is melted, flip once.

- 1 cup refried pinto beans
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- ½ cup pico de gallo - recipe here
Instructions
