How to make Chicken Fajita Tacos
- Chop the chicken into bite size pieces.
- Cut the bell peppers and onion in strips.

Step 1:
- Heat up oil in skillet, add chopped chicken, cook for a 3-4 on medium high heat, then sprinkle half taco seasoning, stir and continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove chicken and place on plate.

Step 2:
- In same skillet, add more oil, bell peppers and onion. Season with remaining taco seasoning. Stir and cook on medium high heat for about 5 minutes, or until tender, stirring often.
- Heat up the tortillas either in a skillet or microwave, assemble tacos by adding chicken, and fajita veggies. Scoop some guacamole on top, serve and enjoy!

- 1 pound chicken breast - cut into ½-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning - divided in 2
- 1 red bell pepper - cut into strips
- 1 green bell pepper - cut into strips
- ½ white onion - cut into strips
- 8 flour tortillas - taco size
- 1 cup guacamole - recipe here

- add ½ tablespoon of oil and cook chicken on med to high heat for 7 to 10 mins adding the seasonings halfway, remove chicken and add other half oil and veggies cooking for 5 mins adding the other half of seasonings halfway. heat tortillas and assemble
