Salsa fresca, also called pico de gallo, is a staple salsa in Mexican cuisine. It's fresh, delicious and very easy to make, using only a few ingredients. Homemade anything is always better, use it on taco Tuesday and more!
Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and cilantro.
Combine everything in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and lime juice. Gently stir. Enjoy!
